  3. Manuela can I make the apple roses the night before and bake them for breakfast the following morning? Will they hold okay in the fridge?

    1. Hi Lauren,
I have not tried to store them in the refrigerator before baking, but yes, they should be fine! Make sure there is plenty of lemon juice, so that the apple won't get brown. Have a great weekend!

    1. Hi Anita, I made the apple roses also using one of those refrigerated crescent rolls (phillsbury brand). You can see it in a similar recipe: http://cookingwithmanuela.blogspot.com/2015/06/peach-roses.html You can use that dough with the apples!

  6. Hello Manuela! My dear friend showed me your video of the Apple Roses recipe a few months ago. I have been hooked on your blog ever since! The recipes you share are so well instructed, that it's manageable to recreate beautiful dishes that actually look and taste amazing. I made your crispy potato tart last evening and served it with seared Yellowfin Tuna steaks. OMG!! Every bite of the tart was followed by a "Wow!" from my husband. I will be making this again to serve with ham for Easter brunch. Thank you for sharing your talents and recipes on your blog.
